Shipping & Returns


All orders placed Sunday to Friday are dispatched the next day. Orders placed on a Saturday are dispatched on a Monday. In some cases, your order may be dispatched the same day. Unless you have requested not to receive emails from us, you will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched. Our dispatch is handled by Canada Post .

There is also the possibility of further delays due to Customs & Excise.

Healthy Source™ are not liable for the actions of Customs and Excise or the levy of any import fees or added tax, this remains the customers responsibility. Any products denied entry to any country, and then returned to us will be refunded in line with the conditions outlined below, however if the products are not returned to us, we cannot offer a refund. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that items ordered are permissible for import under the laws of their country.

We will prepay your shipment with orders over $70.00

Problem with your order:

Any problem with your order must be notified to us within two working days of receipt of the order.


If an item has not arrived after 10 days, you should contact us to advise us of such. Notification of non-arrival of an item must be no more than 15 days after the date of order. After such time, we will be unable to take any action regarding undelivered items.


We hope you will be delighted with your products and so offer a full money back guarantee on the item ordered, subject to the conditions detailed below.

  1. All returns must be notified in advance to Regenerative Nutrition, please see your invoice for details.
  2. Please note that our prices include the shipping fee, and this part of the purchase price will not be refunded unless we are at fault (i.e. wrong/faulty item sent.
  3. Returns must be received by us within 21 days of the order date and not more than 1/3 of the product having been used.
  4. Refunds are made by means of a credit to your account. Where we are at fault we can also offer the option of a refund by the same method in which you initially paid.
  5. In the unlikely event of goods being damaged, please return the item to us and we will arrange for a replacement/credit/refund.
  6. The above conditions apply to single items returned; we apply extended conditions, as below to those returning multiple items.
